Community of Practice for gender organisations

Many leaders of gender organisations have invaluable and rich organisational experience, but lack the opportunity to connect with organisations that focus on other issues. Therefore, HER Fund organised a “Community of Practice” to allow organisers to communicate with each other, share the situation of different communities, and explore more possibilities for advancing gender equity.

Impact of the Event 

• 19 members from gender organisations connected with other organisations and increased their understanding of different gender issues and working styles. 
• It sparked new directions and partnership opportunities to promote gender equity through the exchange.
