Approach (Purpose, format)
Inspired
In order to manage an organisation, knowledge and experience in all aspects are needed: from strategic planning, resource development, financial management, cybersecurity and public speaking skills - each skill is of great importance.
Based on their organisational needs, we design short-term workshops to encourage organisation leaders to reflect from gender perspectives, discovering capacity-building needs through the learning process.
Core
Organisations play an important role in advancing gender equity. More in-depth learning and reflection can motivate organisation leaders to initiate social change.
“Core” aims to empower leaders and emphasise on what they have learnt in the implementation and integration of the organisational work, strengthening leadership and enabling the organisation to thrive more sustainably.
Energiser
Through expanding networks and mobilising resources, organisations concerning gender issues can increase their social influence. HER Hub is committed to being an “Energiser”, a platform connecting strength and linking available resources and power on gender equity in society.
Organising mentoring programs, providing grants and exploring partnership opportunities can help strengthen the visibility of such organisations both locally and globally, bringing more possibilities to advance gender equity.
Accompaniment
Change doesn't happen overnight. It requires both internal and external coordination and support in the long run.
Therefore, we will work with organisation leaders to walk through challenges and obstacles, listening to their needs and feelings, as well as guiding them to reflect on themselves, refer resources and provide feedback.
