HER Fund is committed to mobilising resources to empower women, girls and trans, supporting them to break through barriers and marginalisation, discover their inner strengths, and become leaders in advancing gender equity. Offering grant projects to grassroots, marginalised and small but emerging organisations that focus on issues related to gender, we hope to help women, girls and trans to increase autonomy in their everyday life. 

Most of these organisations are initiated by the community – not only are they smaller in scale, but they also have limited resources. They are dedicated to advocating for gender equity, but at the same time, they need to manage internal communication and development within the team. Therefore, we aim to organise capacities building workshops to support these organisations and community leaders so that they can overcome different challenges.

In addition, these organisations require more opportunities to connect with the outside world, increasing their visibility in society. Meanwhile, we have observed that there are a lot of passionate individuals who are concerned about gender issues in our community, who acquire invaluable knowledge and expertise. Hence, by launching HER Hub, a capacity-building platform, we hope to bridge the gap and connect these organisations and resources, creating more social changes altogether.
