Grassroots organisation
It generally refers to groups that are rooted in the community and concerning marginalised communities, and are committed to connecting communities to seek for change.
Marginalised community
Groups that are excluded from the social system due to different reasons, or certain specific identities (E.g. gender, religion, race, etc.), forbidding them from enjoying the rights and resources they deserve.

Individuals who identify as women or those who are included on the trans spectrum, not limited to their assigned sex at birth

Through capacity building and resource referral, helping the oppressed communities to regain their autonomy and self-confidence, so as to own the power to make changes at the individual, community and societal levels.

Respect the participation and opinions of different stakeholders, get rid of the top-down approach and form a relationship of equality and mutual trust.
Intersectionality
“Intersectionality” highlights our privileges and marginalisation are overlapped by our social identities, including gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, social status, physical and mental abilities, emphasising that everyone is a unique individual.
