Roundtable on Organisation Management and Sustainability

The changeable and unstable external environment has brought a lot of challenges and obstacles to the development of different organisations. HER Fund held a roundtable for gender organisations, aiming to develop an equal and safe space for communication, allowing the organisations to exchange with each other, share the needs and concerns of their organisational development, discuss risk management, and help organisers to establish networks.

Impact of the Event 

• 16 members from 9 gender organisations increased their knowledge on organisational risk assessment and became more aware of the need for risk management; 
• It facilitated networking among organisers so that they can support and connect with each other.
